Intermediate to Advanced l Strength and Fitness l 8-weeks
If strength as your number one priority, this program is designed to increase your ability to shift serious weight! This program incorporates all of the evidence around ideal volume, progressions and recovery windows to get as much strength progress as possible, while still allowing your body to recover as it needs to.This program uses two distinct periodisation phases to strategically build strength. Stage one focuses on a volume accumulation window, and stage two focuses on performance.
Equipment:
Access to barbells and dumbbells is necessary, and a few machines are also recommended

All programs are designed to work together.
After completing this program, you're in a great position to run a 1-week taper if you really want to test your maximal strength. Otherwise you're ready for your next block to keep building.
If your goal is long term strength, the ideal strategy is to run this programming two to three times, and then include some hypertrophy training as your fourth block. Check out our Hypertrophy Systems. This helps change the stress on the rest of your body, while still supporting your strength foundation.
