Strength and bone health focused programming! For when you want to be strong, but also build or maintain muscle mass and look after your bone health for the long run. Better Bones harnesses the best possible evidence to target long term health, longevity, and our ability to do what we want with our bodies throughout life. This program balances the best approaches to bone health: impact as well as muscular driven mechanisms. Better Bones is made to fit with your life. It's based on techniques that are effective, efficient, safe, and reliable. We also target adaptations strategically, so that you will continue to progress throughout the program without unnecessary fatigue.
Equipment:
Access to barbells, dumbbells, and a few machines is recommended
What's Next:
All programs are designed to work together.
If your goal is to improve bone health and increase strength, we recommend following Better Bones two to three times. Better Bones adapts with you, so you'll continue to progress each time. They also include alternative exercises and exercise demonstrations so that you can choose the movements that work best for you.
If you want to pivot to occasionally focus more on strength and muscle, we recommend alternating between this and our "Tmrw Strong" programming.
If you want to develop more muscle and fitness, we recommend switching between this and the "health hybrid approach". Change your programming any time in the app.
